  1. You need to keep brush tilted about 45 degrees with respect to the gum-line and make rotary motion from top to bottom.
  2. Repeat the process for inner side.
  3. To clean the chewing surface, stroke your brush with back-and-forth movements.
  4. End it by brushing the surface of tongue as it eliminates any food particles and bacteria and make your breath fresh.

  • You should be brushing your upper and lower teeth separately.
  • The movements must be performed with power, but pressing gently to avoid damaging enamel or gums.
  • You must spend at least 2 minutes, or ideally do it up to 4 minutes.
  • Brushing in morning and night is a must-do-it. It is even better to do it in afternoon too.
